1.)I have two days left to finish up the 21Day Fix Extreme program, and have been really happy with my results so far. I will update my review as soon as I take my final measurements, but, for now, I wanted to provide an overview of the workouts and what comes with this program.
Since my reviews tend to be on the longer side, I've divided this up into headings/main sections so you can jump to those sections that interest you if you're not interested in reading the whole thing. :-)
Also, the video review that I've shared doesn't provide my thoughts about the workouts, but rather shows how I set up the meal plan in a special notebook to help me stay on track with my eating.
2.)These workouts are very intense and my results are coming fast! This woman will torch your legs and if you really follow the eating and workout plan you won't fail!!!! You need to be in pretty good shape to do this. I've done t25 and body beast and this makes me sweat more than any other workout I've done!
